A City sounds concert is a walk with eyes closed, a radical slowing down within the soundscape of every-day life. People of the audience are invited to let themselves being guided by strangers. Listening to a fragment of city that was carefully chosen, let yourself be caught, traversed by the surrounding sounds that are sculpted by the walk. City sounds concerts are composed on the way, right there, in the stream of people, in the changing lights, in the instant, with the unforeseen… Perceptions and sensations alter. The emerging sonic city invades the body in every possible way. Little by little, a sensitive and subjective landscape reconfigures.
